"Way Easier Than I Expected"
I clicked in expecting to get annoyed and waste time searching around, but nope — the website was actually really simple to use. I found what I needed quickly, so I went from skeptical to pleasantly surprised fast.

"Good Course, Even If It Repeats Itself a Bit"
Overall, the course was actually good. Most of the lessons were clear and easy enough to follow, which I appreciated because not every course seems to manage that, somehow. I liked that the topics were split into smaller sections, so it didn’t feel like I was being buried in information all at once. A few parts were a little repetitive, but I guess hearing the same thing a couple extra times did help the rules stick. Solid 4 stars from me.

"Am I the only one who found the road test super unorganized?"
Am I the only one who felt like the road test process at All Star was way more stressful than it needed to be? I booked my road test through them it wasn’t a great experience. The timing felt all over the place, the staff didn’t really explain what was going on, and I ended up just sitting around waiting without any clear updates. It made the whole thing feel messy and unnecessarily stressful. I definitely wouldn’t book my road test here again

"Decent, but I Wanted More Detail"
The safety tips were okay, I guess, but they felt a bit too basic. I kept waiting for more detailed advice or real examples, and it never really got there. Not terrible, just kind of frustrating if you’re looking for something more helpful.

"Refund went through without any drama"
I ended up having to cancel my course because my plans changed, and I was expecting the refund part to be annoying, or at least take a bunch of emails... but it didn’t.
I just reached out, they replied quickly, and the money came back when they said it would. No weird back and forth or extra hoops, which was a relief. Really appreciated how simple it was.

I had it approved and accepted by the state without any issues. You just want the process to go smoothly, and for me, it did exactly that.

"Super easy to follow"
They explained everything really clearly, like... I never really felt lost or had to guess what I was supposed to do next. The emails and reminders were simple to follow too, which helped a lot. It just made the whole driver ed process feel way less confusing than I expected.

"Passed on My First Try"
I kind of blame this practice stuff for making the real exam feel less scary than I expected. It was close to what actually showed up, and I only studied for two nights before passing on my first try. So yeah, I’m definitely happy with it.

I was expecting faster responses, but the replies were late most of the time. The lessons also felt a bit uncomfortable because the tone came off kind of rude. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience for me.

"Decent course, a few tech hiccups"
The course itself was okay. I was mostly just focused on getting through the videos and finishing the lessons, so I didn’t pay too much attention to anything outside of that. The annoying part was that the videos froze a few times and I had to log back in. My progress saved for the most part, which was a relief, but the interruptions were still frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest.

"Easy to book without the hassle"
There were plenty of appointment times available, so picking one was really easy. Because of that, I got booked quickly and didn’t have to keep checking back over and over.

Some of the lessons kept my attention well, but other parts of it felt kind of boring. It was one of those things where a few sections were interesting, and then some of that other stuff just dragged a bit

"Annoying signup process"
Signing up was way more of a hassle than I expected. I made my account, then it wouldn’t let me log in right away, so I had to reset my password even though I had literally just created it. That was ridiculous. The site also loaded kind of weird on my phone, which didn’t help. I did finally get in, but it took longer than it should have. Not a total disaster, just really annoying.

"Support Made the Whole Driver Ed Thing Easier"
I was expecting the usual back-and-forth hassle, but parent support was super easy to reach. I had a few questions, not even all in order, because my brain was jumping from scheduling to paperwork to “wait, what happens next?”, and they just walked me through everything in plain language. No making me feel silly for asking, no complicated explanations. They helped us figure out the next step, and it made the whole driver ed process feel a lot less stressful from the parent side.

"Just Not Enough Times for Me"
I was hoping there would be more times available, but there just weren’t enough for what I needed. I was trying to plan around my usual errands and coffee run, so maybe my schedule was just a little too specific, but it still felt limited.

"Lessons were fine, but the terms kept changing"
The lessons were alright overall, but I still didn’t feel super confident going into the test. What really bothered me was that the terms seemed to keep changing, which made the whole process more confusing than it needed to be. I expected things to be a bit more straightforward
